Ken Prusia

Principal

Since graduating with a degree in business from Eastern Washington University, Ken has spent more than thirty years in the construction industry. He has overseen multi-million dollar projects such as tenant improvements, ground-up commercial buildings, and multi-structure business parks. These have been successfully completed through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and establishing positive rapport with people both on and off the job site.

During his tenure here in the Seattle area, Ken has worked hard to build relationships with architects, engineers, local inspection officials, vendors, and clients. These efforts have contributed to consistently maintaining costs and expected timelines on projects. It is his belief that construction is as much about building structures as it is about building relationships.
